TL-S fog lights on a CL???

Is this possible? Would the TL-S REAL fog light housings fit into the CL's road lamp housing? Can anyone confirm a yes or no answer? Speculate all you want, but I'm looking for evidence. :P

Thanks...

Well, the housings are different. So it certainly would't bolt in. And I've heard of hotter bulbs burning the stock cl-s housings so I don't think you could just throw in fog lamp bulbs. You will have to get custom to put real fogs in your cl.

I think tomorrow, I'm gonna call about part numbers of the CL vs TL fog/road lamp housings. I guess if they are the same part number, I'll have the answer I'm looking for. If not, the search continues.

wayneg/ Jens? Can you guys shed some light on this issue?

Also, I wonder if the 6 speed CL-S will have fog lights, will they be the same shape as the current CL? the TL-S (assuming they are different)? or something all together different?

Um, like I said, if you look you'll see they are obviously not the same. Sorry bro.

So what if you bought a TL-S front bumper cover assembly with with the driving lights?

Would it align with the CL grill/hood ??

Are the wiring harness the same?

This weekend or next I plan to investigate and maybe attempt a custom install. I have a pair of piaa 1200s (and 4-day weekends). I'm going to remove the road lamps and see if the PIAAs will fit there. Fill in the extra space with black mesh or black plexiglass. If I can't mount them there, I will have to cut the bumper cover, which I don't want to do.
