please tell me how an aftermarket exhaust for a tl look ridiculous on a cl.

well, the 04 - 06 TL exhaust has rectangle shape tips. the lines and body style on a CL are round, smooth, and subtle. in my opinion, doesn't go with the car. and even if it did fit on the CL, the exhaust cutouts on the bumper are not the same shape as the tips. would require some modification. your best bet would be to go with some quad tips like the 07 TL. looks pretty badass...

Hes asking if aftermarket 3g TL would fit on a 2g CL. and the answer is no..

but i do have 2g TL comptech axleback mufflers on my car and they stick out a little...

i used to be able to tolerate it bu tnow i just dont liek it..

sooo.. if anyone wants a set of 2g TL comptech axlebacks pm me hahahah lol.

haha, didn't see that key word there, "aftermarket." was reading his original post.

i got the same setup as you Dirty Type S. i didn't realize it was for a TL until i installed it. even though it said CL/TL on the comptech packaging. oh well, at least you can see the nice compech logo on the tips

He mentioned it 4 posts down from the top. Regardless, the tips would stick out too much to look good IMO.
