TL 16" rims work. Wanna buy 4 with 4 snow tires?

CLS rims are 7 inch, TLS are 6.5

Check tirerack or the manufacturer for the particular tire to see if it will fit. 1/2 inch out of spec is usually fine but will have sub-optimal handling characteristics.

You will pick up more rpm/mileage with that size tire. Was that your intent? Even with a 225/45 there are more revs per mile than stock.

Sidewall heights:
215*.50 = 107.5
215*.45 = 96.75
