Water marks (I assume you mean bubbles) should work themselves out after a while (several days?). Check with your installer.

TAKE IT BACK!!!!!

When I got my infiniti tinted it has the bubbles your talking about, the guy said it will go away, NEVER DID!!!

I went back after 4 months and demanded he fix it, and i they didnt fix it, i started yelling and got in a fight with the guy, and it was very close to getting PHYSICAL!! nothing happened though, i just told him i am gonna ruin his business by telling everyone i know not to go there.

when i got my CL-S tinted, i went to this place Tint King. I warned them upfront that if i saw any bubbles i wouldnt pay them.

No bubbles at all.

i mean right were the 3rd brake light sits. when the guys put the tint, there's some water marks between the rear glass and 3rd brake light....i guess from water dripping when they were putting on the tint. is there anyway to remove the 3rd brake light without having to remove the speakers and the carpeting on the rear panel because the carpeting goes over the 3rd brake light!

Nothing should be wrong with your tint if you got it professional installed. There should me no bubbles, water marks or anything in that nature, If so, take it back and tell them.

It sounds like the installer was too lazy to remove the rear shelf and “squeegee” out the bubbles behind the light.
They may or may not work themselves out on their own.

My tint guy was too lazy also, but he did one worse and CUT OUT the tint around the brake light.
He said something about a 10,000-dollar fine in PA if you cover the brake light, even if you have the one in the rear spoiler.
One of these days I plan on getting it "fixed".

shawn s...that's what i mean. this guy in va cut out the part where the break light is. i really don't mind not having any tint in that area.....i just want to remove the water drippings on the glass so that it will look clean as well!! i guess i need to remove the break light, huh....or move it a little back and run a rag through there!

I along with the others above misunderstood your original post.
As it is, I would wait a week or so for the tint to dry out good and then worry about it.

Maybe a thin cloth wrapped around the end of a thin plastic ruler would clean it up without removing the rear shelf.
If you moisten it a bit and jam it in there and wipe the glass clean.
