Timing Belt and Water Pump in NOVA?

Can anyone recommend a shop to get my timing belt and water pump changed in Northern Virginia? Dealer prices were a bit steep.

PMs sent....

How about a part list....seen a couple here but nothing definitive. What is actually necessary? Example:

$96.60- New water pump. (OEM PART # 19200-P8A-A02 W/GASKET)
$29.44- Timing belt. (OEM PART # 14400-P8A-A02)
$53.20- Tensioner pulley.
$43.63- Idler pulley.
$11.94- Alternator belt.
$10.99- Power steering belt.
$12.60- Power steering fluid.
$21.75- Spark plugs. NGK PZFR6E-11
$280.70- Total

What is needed, unneeded, missing?

Tensioner and Idler pulleys are not required unless there is something wrong with them. You are missing automatic adjuster(tensioner), camshaft seals, front crankshaft seal, spark plug tube seals, and head gaskets.
