timing belt

Is it hard to change the timing belt on an 02 CLS?

If I change it myself, do I need to redo the timing?

If you do it, get a factory service manual. Best spent $80 ever on your car.

You should always check your timing after changing the timing belt. When I asked the dealership the cost, they gave me a rather cheap quote for what I have seen before...
I haven't changed a timing belt on my CL, but I imagine that it would be a pain in the ass. At least for me (big hands) it would be, there is little room to work.
