I can't believe somebody actually bidded!! There's no science to back up his claims. Not even an electronic device such as a VAFC can make that much power.

It says power can increase by 20rwhp. Wow, somehow it actually causes the rear wheels on our cars to engage...

i own a dodge dakota along with my accord...and i have a device similar to this. its called an intake air temperature adjuster.

mine has an adjustable dial to dial in the temperature in that you want the computer to think it is outside. It was $30 and a 2 wire, 5 minute install worth .1-.2 in the 1/4 and some nice top end power. I have not had a chance to dyno and see what kind of numbers come out from it...(surely not near 20 whp)...but it did make some power. Of course the one i have is a lot more engineered than the one on ebay.

I'm not defending this ebay product at all...just informing that there is logic behind it...and that yes, the computer bases timing/fuel off of the IAT.

...and no not really...on the cl its a closed loop system...the O2 sensor will try to maintain a/f ratio
