Time Estimate for Armrests

I went to Acura of Tempe to make an appt for them to change out my driver and passenger side armrests because they are peeling away from the window switch panel as well as having them replace the passenger side visor since it looks like the nail/screw is sticking out (it's sharp).

Dealer wouldn't give me a loaner saying that for this kind of job, they don't do that. They said it should take like an hour or hour and a half to do this.

Does anyone know what the estimated time for the door armrests to be changed? I was gonna take the car in at 7am and wait, but I can't get to work too late. If it really is an hour and a half, I'll wait. If not, I'm gonna either demand a loaner or go to another dealer that will offer a loaner.

Had the same problem. With the dash also. Both were replaced under warranty.

I had my drivers done last week. I was at the dealer 2.5 hours, but I also had a few other things looked at & got there with a line in front of me. Should only take less then a 1/2 hour to replace it. It's not very hard.

thanks for the info....my guess is that they won't give me a loaner because it should take less than 1/2 hour to do it....so maybe i'll just stay with them to do it for now.
