Time to change brake pads. Any suggestions?

My June 2001 Acura got about 36K miles on it. Brake pads appears to be wearing out.

Any suggestions as to which brake pads I should get?

Should I get the brake pads installed at Acura dealership or will Midas or Grease Monkey or one of the chain shops do the job just fine?

How much does brake pad replacement service usually cost?

What about that Brembo group buy thing that I noticed? It appears to be around $300 and I am not sure how much it would cost to install if I even need something like that. Thanks in advance for your help.

Alot of guys have Axxis Metal Master Pads and they seem to really like them. The pads for the group buy are only $45 for the fronts.

What about pad installation if I buy aftermarket pads? Should I get the installation done at a local dealership or do it at one of those franchises (Midas, Grease Monkey, etc)? What about Costco? Should I get my pads installed there? How much does installation usually cost, anyway?

I will probably buy the front and rear pads from the group buy but what about the rotors? Thanks for all your help.
