Ticket, need advice
Got a ticket for an improper turn in NYC. My licence and registration is in NJ. Do points carry over? How should I plead, I would guess innocent? Any advice... I know this isn't an exciting story. Thanks !!

I would admit responsibility with explination. and just explain that you did not know, and you wont do it next time BS 
.
Thats what I did last year and the judge gave me no points but had to pay the fine. It was in MI though.

Yes the points will carry over... if you get points! NY and NJ do share tickets... most states that border each other do... I have a PA license and I live in TX, all of my tickets here haven't gone to my licence.. I'm clean... I would just say you were guilty and ask for no points... you didnt know!

Yeah, the points carry over... You may want to check out my topic from Monday. I got a similar ticket, and received a lot of advise. Check it out and read up... it may help you!!
