Throttle body spacer gone wrong

So I just installed a throttle body spacer and gaskets. Car turned over once then died and now I can't get it to start up again. Any suggestions? Please help, Quadruple checked every connection and everything seems to be connected

I'd like to see a "throttle body spacer gone right" post
Post your exact installation steps and it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what the problem is. A TBS won't help your engine but it won't hurt it. It's probably something very minor you overlooked unless you disconnected the battery and reconnected it backwards.
