Longing Summer

I want the freedom of a warm, summer night.

I want to have my sunroof open and the windows down without worry of frostbite or chills.

I want to be unencumbered in my vehicle, to do away with thick winter coats and snow boots in favor of a tank top and sandals.

I want to be able to say "heated seats? Haven't used em in months" and really mean it.

I want to suggest to the girl next to me that she take off her top, instead of put on a scarf.

I want to hear my V-TECH machine scream without fear of icy roads or snow drifts.

I want salt-coated roads and slush puddles to be but a distant memory, serving only to remind me of how truly wonderful this night is.

BTW, I've had my heated seats on for about 4 or 5 months straight!

 

Yeah, and I'm going to Michigan Tech next year.Here's where i'll be by mid-August.

 

Heated seats.... I have never used mine.

 

Yeah, that won't be warm.
