For those that put the TL kit on a CL........HELP??????

For those that put the TL kit on a CL........HELP??????
I can get the kit for $1099 from my dealer, but the guy said there is no way that the kit could fit because the CL is more rounded than the TL
I found a body shop that said they can do it for about 6-7 hours at $50 per hour. So we are talkin $1500-$1600.........does this sound right???????
