Thinking of selling my 01 cls

Just trying to gauge a price of my cls. What would you guys pay for this ?

Stats : silver, black guts, a/t trans,

The good:

1. just hit 100,000 miles
2. bone stock
3. Has extended warranty for 3 years/ 125,000 whichever comes first
4. Freshly painted hood
5. I'm the second owner purchased car with 19,000 miles
6. Had trans recall done at 30,000 miles

The bad:

1. Power seats need to be fixed (back rest part of seats don't move)
But are covered under extended warranty
2. Front tires have about 60% tread left
3. Couple of small paint chips on rear bumper (can get pics)

Other than that car is in great shape (really don't want to sell but with a 3 year old & 1 on the way my 2 door days are over

$5750 or so. I just reread the post though. With tires that need replacing soon and the power seats that dont work (although probably an easy fix), I wouldn't pay more then $5300 for it.

With the seats I could take them in & have them fixed under warranty for free but just don't have time

if the back rest of the seat is under warranty, i would get that fixed for the buyer. just one less thing to worry about if you were the buyer. it won't cost you anything and will make the buyer feel better that it was done already. last a thing a buyer wants to here is more problems.

I'll give the dealer a call & see what kinda schedule they are looking at for the seats. If it's not to far out I will do the seats.
