Thinking about parting with the CL-S...*PICS*... :(

If I was to sell my car, what do you guys think a reasonable price to ask to an enthusiast....or to a person who doesn't care about the extras? As you can tell, I have done quite a bit of work to my car, and wouldn't want to be SOL with all of the $ put in. Any opinions are welcome...Thanks in advance.

-Shane

Here are some pics of my car....

Well - You can part out the things like your rims and sell them to me---I call dibs man! Let me know if you decide to go that route!

After seeing your pics i'm curious as to WHY you would want to part me the car? Just getting tired of it and got something better coming down the pike?

Either way sharp looking car.

Ha ha...Thanks guys! I didn't say I was getting rid of my car....I said I was thinking about it!!! The reason for this is because I might be getting a Supra TT!!! This super is modded to all hell, and has almost NO miles! It has a FULL McIntosh System in layed in Plexi glass.... It's beautiful!! Even though it is modded like crazy, it hasn't been driven over like 80 mph... I know this for a fact because I have been around it since it was bought. It's running through my mind whether I should sell my car and get it or not! What do you guys think? Please let me know.... Thanks

I'd buy the supra! I would have bought one long ago but there is like maybe 5 on this fuckin rock! If you can find one for sale, they want way too much money.

I was wondering about that too, and what kind of paint did you use on the upper and lower grilles?

I used Genuine Acura paint.....I took it to the dealers body shop, and they painted everything for me: The upper grill, lower grill, and mirrors...

Now on a more serious note, what should I be selling my car for???? I was thinking I should sell all my parts and then sell the actual car....let me know! And if anyone would like to buy any of my parts, send me an offer by Email or PM, and the highest offer gets it! I am not sure I am selling, but if the price is right, I will! Thanks in advance....

I think parting out the mods then selling the car will probably be the best way. Especially if prospective buyer isn't into mods, he won't value what you've done to the car.

On second thought..... keep your car and all the parts, I'll bite the bullet and sell my car so I can get the Supra....... Now you don't have to worry about it.....

The GT3's are BRAND new! I just bought them nearly a month ago! No scratches, no anything.....and the tires are brand new too! The Coilovers are just about that new, maybe a couple weeks older! I am looking for a decent amount....tell me what you were thinking, and I will tell you if that is too low or not....

Anyone looking to buy parts off of my car, just Email or PM me an offer, and I will let you know where I stand.... Thanks for the interest.

why not

Try spending 65-75 dollars and throw it on the Autotrader.com, I sold my last 2 cars on there..It comes out in their weekly mag and it is on the web too (renew it bi-weekly till the car is sold) (make as many changes as you want...... or better yet set a reserve and throw it on ebay... See what you can bring in for the ride just the way it is... if your not getting your price than part it out and go back to stock and sell sell sell...

Good luck to you

Smitty

Thanks for the advice....I think I will do that. I will see how it goes, and make my decisions from there....I don't think I should have any problem selling my car....but in our economy who knows. Thanks a lot!
