Thermoblock spacers/UR pulleys

Hey guys, once spring comes im planning to get some performance mods done to my CL-S 6MT, i do know that Headers give substantial gains, Iam wondering if pulleys and Thermo block spacers add descent power also?, to go along with a intake and header?

The crank pulley is a definate must...i put the spacers on recently, i don't feel more power, but I don't feel power lost from the IM and TB heat soaked from the engine. The spacers supposedly make a difference. We'll see when summer time comes. Make sense?

My car runs a lot cooler (as judged by the temp gauge), oh wait but that's coolant temperature and probably related to the low-temp thermostat, nevermind! I do have the spacers though, which really help with heat soak-back into the manifold.

Im saying i ran a 14.5 stock, so with headers/intake/pulley/spacer /sticky tires . are high 13's or atleast very low 14's attainable?

Crank pulley is a must have. Definitely pulls harder towards redline and is easier to rev. I haven't decided on the spacers yet though, probably a good idea since I'm in those humid Chicago summers.
