I finally ordered the tail light sockets for my '03 tails that i bought a while back. Its telling me that they are backordered, how long is it gonna take for me to get these things?? anybody know?? thanks

 

I don't know, but I'm glad I ordered mine before the backorder.... :P

 

Mine have been on backorder from www.autocarparts.com for over a month. Apparently no one can get any from Acura right now.

 

I'm in the same boat...I ordered mine from ACP.com and have been waiting over a month due to the sockets on backorder.

 

hard to imagine it would take them so long to get more in....
ACP had them late April- May.

 

So it would make no sense for me to order 2003 tails right now from ACP? I know I can tape the lights in, but I want the whole plug & play setup.

 

What I told them was just to send me the tails and when the sockets get in to send those out, you might as well order them now and get put on the waiting list.

You figured since there's such a backlog Acura would produce more of these things

 

Looks like the sockets are shipping. I just got an email from ACP with a tracking number.
