ive had my springs and sways on for about 2 weeks now and today was the first time i had to bust a U turn. ive always had trouble with this one intersection but i got through it nice and easy. do u guys think the sways have anything to do with the turning radius??

I think they do. Dem sways help the back end not swing around, and that helps control during a turn, including a U-turn.
Sways kick ass.

AT slow speed -- No.

As for "stunt driving", I haven't tried it, so it would depend on the front-rear balance.

i think you can notice sways in slow speed and high speed. just try jerking the steering wheel at 10mph. no more up and down motion like a boat, just left and right

The only thing they'll help in a U-Turn, is if you used to do it really fast, then the car could understeer and slide wide, whereas now it won't understeer as much, so it should be more controlled.

Other than that, they don't change the steering geometry.
