was wondering to get sways soon...which is better comptech or Eibach? I also heard before on this thread that the Comptech bar produces noise of Klunging or grinding metal noise..regardless if you lube the bushing....is that true?

Not true. My kit doesn't have any kind of noises whatsoever.

I didn't use the tape, though. I picked up a can of graphite lubricant and sprayed the shit out of the bushings.

Eibach is one millimeter thicker in the rear, if my memory serves me right. That means it would aid reduce understeer more than the Comptech kit, but not significantly. They are both good brands. It just comes down to your preference. Personally, I have the Comptech kit, so I would recommend that. But I would also recommend Eibach because they have a good reputation and solid products.

By the way, the Eibach kit is a little bit more expensive.

I have CT sways. No noise and great handling.

Unless you are tracking the car I doubt you'd want stiffer than CT.

I think were gonna have people who are fans of comtech obviously pick comptech and the eibach fans are gonna pick eibach. Most people have comptech srpings and sways together and the other way round so I think its preference and price.

The tape wears out over time.

By the way, it's White Lithium Grease. Not graphite. I pulled an all-nighter last night for two exams, so I was a little out of it when I posted that.

I have comptech sways love it but can't feel much of a different.
I would have gone with Neuspeed if I had known they were much thicker than Comptech.

+ To prevent any noise I teflon taped it with the tape they supplied where the bar would contact the bushing, then I greased the inside of the bushing itself with regular automotice grease. No problems in 2 months.
