Suspension question for non-mods

My car will be 3 years old next May and I already have 60k miles on it. I really LOVE this car and want to keep it as long as I can. I think I may replace the shocks (or struts) and springs early next year -- but I don't have any interest in making the car ready for racing.

However, if possible, I would like to improve the handling--without feeling absolutely every "nook and cranny" in the road, like I do now.

Any ideas on replacements?

Thanks for your help!

Koni Yellows ~$436 f/r
The most popular shock among our members, the Koni Yellows provide adjustability ranging from softer then stock to racing stiff.

Tokico OEM Shocks ~$230 f/r
A stiffer then stock non adjustable shock.

Tokico Illuminas ~$335 f/r
Adjustable stiffness.

Well lower springs will help as well. Yellows with a pro-kit would fit nice

i say if you are going to drop your car do it right go with the whole spring/strut/shock combo

BUT KNOW THIS

the car will be stiff as hell and that nice soft ride will be GONE. its not ridiculously bad but you will notice it.

ALSO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET SWAYS AND STRUT BAR!!!!!!

this will definetly complement the springs.

AGAIN

IT WILL ALSO MAKE YOUR CAR DRIVE EVEN MORE STIFF!!!

but you will get used to it and you will ENJOY IT!!!!!

buy the eibach pro-kit. Just a little stiffer then stock. I've ridden on probally 10 different kinds of springs. And in terms of comfortability, drivability, and all around touring. I'd say the pro-kit is the best thing on the market.

I just saw the link to the TunersGuide page. Very cool.

So are the Koni Yellow and the Eibach Pro Kit a good combination?

If you want to keep the stock ride, go with this combo!!
DO NOT go with the eibach's or the neuspeeds!!!!

The Comptech's are about 10% stiffer than the stock springs.
So the ride will be really close to stock!!

The Eibachs are about 25% stiffer than stock and the Neuspeeds
are about 30% stiffer than stock. The ride will be NOWHERE near
stock!!! I have the Neuspeed and have been in cars with the Eibachs.
The ride is very stiff!!! But I like it stiff!!!
