I had mine wear down a little which caused a wobble and the belt to keep hopping off the pulley. Mrsteve also had a problem with his, almost exactly the same as your's if I remember correctly. Either way, gotta replace it...

Maybe the belt was over-tightened? Ask Shad at CT about how to check belt tension properly.

Sounds like belt was too tight and you might need a replacement. Call CT.

As per Shad at CT, to check the sc belt tension, using the following technique:

Twist the sc belt between your fingers at mid point between pulleys:
1) More than a 90 degree twist is too loose
2) Less than a 45 degree twist is too tight

Please note: this was for a TL/CL sc kit.
