How far does the sunroof open? On my cl if I open it all the way it does not push the sun shade as far back as it can go. Is that right? Also does it seem like the tilt doesn't open very far either?

thats how it supposed to be, it can't go all the way back, and as for the tilt, it barely opens. i'd say about 3/4 of the ways only.

but the visor will cover the front part of the sunroof, it will make the opening even smaller.

Exactly. The wind noise isn't that bad either. If you have lots of wind noise, you should adjust the factory wind deflector.
