Ok people i'm new to here so bare with me . I have a 01 Acura cl types i'm trying to 6speed swap and build a 3.7 in the summer. So what parts and tips to make that 3.7 possible?

Realistically, you're not going to go turbo if you have to ask those questions. It's a lot of custom work that you'd have to figure out yourself.

The six speed swap is definitely something to do before going turbo. Just search for the part list and start scavenging the pieces.

 

Honestly if you have the cash, you really don't need to know much of anything, just so long as the goals are feasible. Based on both his replies, either is doable already without much headaches to go through.


The question to the OP would be, how much bs usually flows from your mouth (how honest are you really with yourself)? Depending on the answer, would determine if you can handle the $6k project, or the $10k project.
