Strut bar from accord work?
A friend has a 99 accord, v6; has a front strut bar, want's 25$ for it, will it work on the cl-s and will there be any benefit over the stock bar that is already present on our cars?

Depends on what kinda bar it is. The strut bars for our cars will provide very little feel. It's more for looks. You gain like 10-15% at most in steering feel. Compared to sways, struts feel like nothing.
