When I went last time to get my oil changed, the guy that does my oil change said my pan was stripped! I was pretty pissed. What kind of material is the pan made of, and can it be re-threaded?

Aluminium. I took mine to a good honda acura shop in Colorado Springs and the chased and cleaned up the threads and used a slightly larger drain plug. I think it was 14.5mm. Worked perfectly and have never had another problem with it.
Good luck, cause a new oil pan ain't cheap!

So yes it can be re-threaded, cause I heard you cannot re-thread a aluminum pan? If I have to replace the oil pan im gonna make the place where I get my oil changed replace it cause I have always gotten it changed there, and clearly it was their fault! Hopefully it will not result to that.

Yes but you will need a oversized plug. Let me see if I can get the info from the shop that did mine for you. I don't live there anymore but I'll try to call them if I can find the shop again.
Ok, its called Hondac auto. www.hondacauto.com. but thier web site seems to be down. You can call them if you like. (719) 598-6306
I would just act like you are a local and want to get it done there. Maybe you can get them to explain it to you. And give you the bolt size you need. Also look around locally for your own mechanic that can do it. Find someone you can give the problem to and they tell you what can be done. If you have to explain it to them I would not trust them.
If you don't want to call them i can do it for you. I'll just tell them i had it done there and need to know what bolt size they used. I'm sure they won't have aproblem telling me since they did the work.

Thanks CH46ESeaKnight, call them and find out the bolt size if you get a chance. But the guy who has done my oil changes said he could handle it. Does our cars have a washer on the bolt also. If not, was that basically a quick fix after the bolt begins to strip, cause mine has always had a washer? Thanks for the input again.
