I have a 2001 3.2 CL/26,000 miles. On Saturday, I just happened to mention to my wife, that not only is this the best car, I've had; it runs and sounds brand new! Never had a vehicle like it. Had a '98 CL; no comparison. Only minor problem was a bubble in my passenger front tire. That's Michelins' fault, not Acura's! I'm upset they discontinued this model. In 2005, when the lease is up, I hope Acura has a suitable 2 door replacement; not an RSX. No squeaks, rattles, loss of power; rotors and pads replaced FREE of charge by my dealer at 23,500 miles; braking better than new.

 

Congats........ It is definately a pretty good car.

I hope that a worthy two door comes back to the line-up. I couldn't imagine driving a four door.

 

My Type-S has 58k miles and people still remark how it looks and drives like a new car. I'm still also on the original brakes, rotors and even tires! I dont thrash it though. I dont know what my next new car will be (in 3-4 years). I like coupes so G35C or even the new GTO looks good to me. I've also been thinking maybe a nice used 5 series sedan since kid #2 is on the way.
