Angry On Star Antenna Leaking

So I had a small puddle of water between the back seats today after a Florida afternoon rain storm. I have never really heard of Honda sunroofs leaking so assumed it was the GM sourced antenna....ya, was right...

Anyone here have any experience with this? Did you need a new rubber base or would a dab of silicone work ok for fixing it. Not really sure why it would leak.

If we didn't get the free air bag deployment service I would get ride of it and put a RL shark fin on...

Just seeing how common it is with On Star people...

Thanks.

I thought the analog service was dead. Go for the RL shark fin.

No leakage with mine so far.

As far as free air bag deployment service, when all three of the bags in my 03 TL-S blew, no call came in to check on me.

I pressed the button last night and it was still working, so I guess until it stops working I will leave it and then go to the shark fin.

Sucks it didn't go off for you when your air bags deployed.
