What's the difference between progressive and linear springs? I found this article (http://www.hyperprousa.com/springs.shtml) that explained what the difference was, but I was wondering if you had any other details that the article is missing?

Now, I understand the physics behind it, but which would you want for your CL? From the article, it seems that progressive springs provide a stiffer suspension. Or am I missing something?

And does anyone know if the Comptech springs are progressive or linear? THanks!
