Spring install (again)
I know this is the umpteenth time the question has been asked, but can someone recommend a shop in the Central Jersey area who will install at a reasonable price? All the shops so far are quoting out of the book 7 hours labor - $500. I know from previous threads that the install only takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. I need a shop that charges for the actual work, not the book quote. Any suggestions? I haven't worked on cars in several years, so self-install isn't really an option. I do have a few friends who have done similar work, but on Miatas, etc.
BTW, I recently bought the new Mille Miglia EV-Rs (with ContiExtremes) and they look great. Lots of compliments already. I only went from CL-P stock to CL-S stock size because of my long commute everyday, but the difference in handling was immediate. Now I've got to get it lowered!
Thanx for any help.

no shop will charge you the time it really takes. $200-250 is a fair price and another $50 for alignment. Although i like to let things settle for a week or 2 before getting the car aligned. I know I can do a car alone without air tools or lift in 6 hours easy...maybe 5.

Jens, Park is a bit of travel for me, but it looks like that may be my best option. And I know that you guys have the experience, too, so it's probably worth a day trip up that way. Thanks for the info.
