Ok, I'm driving to work this morning and my speedometer seems like it was almost stuck at around 20 mph and then it jumps up to around 30. The car is driving fine and no problems with the RPM's. Any idea what it could be? Could it maybe just have gotten stuck from a change in weather from warm to cold? It was 70 here all weekend and now its 30. Could that have anything to do with it?

Also, I didn't really warm up the car this morning.
