I'm in my friends office participating in a conference call. His office has a huge window that over looks a 2 lane road on our campus. I can see a couple of speed bumps and have been watching ppl for the past 1/2 hour go over them.

Big trucks and vans don't even slow down and hit the bumps at 20+ mph
Moms in minivans slow down very little 15+ mph
Most every body hits the bumps ~5-10mph
Guys in lowered cars under 5 mph

I should open an alignment shop across the street

 

Are these the nice rounded "please slow down" Polite Bumps, the "we can't do round" HillBilly Square Bumps, or the big honkin' "hey you with the lowered car" FuckYou Bumps?

 

has anyone seen the vomit bumps, they are not like a traditional bump at all. they are sloped and have a 3-4 foot flat section at the top, so if you go over it faster than 5 or 10 mph, it feels like you are getting launched in the air.

 

jrock, the bumps are rounded but will put the hurt on your suspension if you don't slow down to at least 5mph.

 

for my cls..i almost come to a full stop to drive over those speed bumps..but for my jeep..i rarelly slow down..haha
