I got mine from a Honda dealer. It'the same one they use on the Accord V-6. It was free since it was so cheap they didn't bother writing up a ticket. 14 mm washer---parts# 94109-14000 washer

When I had the Teg, I used to pick them up at local Honda dealer, IIRC they were like 5 for a $1 at the time.

I used to work at an auto repair shop and we never changed them. What happens is the stock one shapes to the oil plug. The new one might not crush right and might not make a good seal. We never used the new crush washers on the brake lines either when we put new calipers on.

Interesting... the Acura car parts guy gave me a few -- for free -- just to make sure that I used them.

http://catalog.honda-parts-online.com/

Put in part #: A6120-23415

in the Part Number Search link (14mm washer $0.22 each)

OR

#22 14-mm washer $0.20 each

I think I have been changing mine on every other oil change. I don't think it is that big of a deal. The only reason that I do change mine, is because my Dad had a Honda Shadow that used the same one. He sold the bike and still has a few.
