Ok so let me give you the story. My car is not that bad at all...its more of a pain in the ass than damage to the car. It was raining and the car in front of me was stopped at a green light because there were 2 cars in front of him that were in a wreck. So then I hear it...the unmistakable sound of tires sliding on wet pavement I look in the rear view and I see it....a car...sliding right at me and then wham...hit:angry: I get out and its not bad at all...thank god!! I get her Ins. info and I am on my way.










Then this morning I pull up to work only to see my mom (boss/owner of work) got hit. Now yall are going to love how she got hit. You will see in the pics that she was taking a right into work parking lot...this shithead in the blue truck decides he is in way to much of a hurry to slow down (from speeding) and let her take her RIGHT turn. Ohh no he decides he will go around her....but on the RIGHT side WTF So yeah she didn't even see him coming...just a nice surprise for her when this truck hits her on the right side of her car and slides to a stop. Now this guy said he wasn't speeding....but where he stopped is how long it took him to slow down...pretty far is you ask me. BUT there is no posted speed limit on this street...so he gets no ticket at all...but a report is done and he is at fault. The kicker is this KID I should say just got his license back YESTERDAY....and the reason he didn't have it is be cause of speeding...hmmmmm.

Good thing is she is ok and her car is a company car so its leased. She will not have to keep it for ever. This is her FIRST wreck of any kind in her 40 years of driving

You'd think the dumbfuck would go around your mom on the left since there is no driveway on the left to turn into or anything. Isn't there some law about passing on the right? I know in NJ it is illegal, but everyone does it, but if there is an accident, the person going around to the right is at fault.

Your bumper is probably the only thing needing to be replaced, must have been a 5mph hit or something.

Edit: all the mud on your mom's car, where did it come from? It just looks out of place there completely.

I think they will...the scratches are not deep but if you look to the bottom right of the plate you can see the plastic is smashed and creased a bit.

You might want to check the law in your state. Just because there isn't a posted speed limit doesn't mean there isn't a limit. I know in Missouri it's 25 mph in residential areas and 35 mph in commercial areas if a limit isn't posted.

Glad you and especially your mom are ok. Like I always say,"there is no cure for the Dumb Ass". Seems as though the police could have at least given this ass a ticket for "exceeding a safe speed". No speed limit needed.

And this kids dad owns one of the places down the road from us....thats where he was going....thats where he has probly ben 1000 times. you can see creases around the plate which means your bumper is damaged, you are going to need a new bumper.

I got a ticket for "Too fast for conditions". The dumb shit kid will get off because mommy and daddy will see to it. Just glad your mom was not hurt. Your car will simply need to have the bumper cover replaced. just make sure the insurance company allows you to use genuine Acura parts AND you can use the body shop of YOUR choice.

Ohhh man this is something...my mom just got a call from the kids Ins place. They say there are conflicting stories and the kid is saying my mom was on the left hand side of the road and was making a right turn from the left lane. Ohhh man and here it begins...good thing I have a few pics to back it up huh. I hope she OWNES this kid...I think her neck should start hurting right about now!!!
