Some New Mods for my CLS!!

Hey, I recently ordered a few new things and wanted to know if anyone has them on their car and can give me a little information about how they are.

Heres what I ordered so far.....

_>>Comptech Ice Box Cold Air Intake<<_ I've read alot about this intake system and heard nothing but good things. I like that it appears stock and isn't as loud as AEM or INJEN, and still outperforms them both!!. Another reason I went with the Ice Box, is because its less likely to become hydrolocked being that its located higher up where the stock intake is, and it is sealed in a box.

_>>Comptech Strut and Sway bars<<_ I felt the steering was a bit looser than I like, so I went with the sways and strut to give my handeling the little extra it needs. I plan on eventually doing my whole suspension over and getting new shocks/springs/ etc. but thats a long way down the road for me.

Anyway, I hope to hear some opinions and helpful hints to guide me along my way!!

Thanks!!~

Well, considering you already bought them, I guess advice isn't needed.

Good research on the Icebox - my advice is to follow the instructions from the comptechusa website, except you do not have to remove the front bumper. It took me about two hours for the install.

The icebox, gives it a more growl during WOT.. and I felt a little difference in speed.

I have the CT sways and Strut bar.... the sways made the most difference, cause the rear end came around much quicker and no swaying...

The strut bar made it easier for me to take hard turns... quicker...

I suggest lowering it next... then getting some Headers..
