Solved my slow accelleration problem

I went and bought the ultimate mod. Its finally official, I've now got an 03 CLS 6MT. Its about damn time! This is the second time I've had a CLS 6MT in my possesion. The 1st CLS 6mt I got screwed out of!
Actually I've had the car since the 7th. But since I had to wait on the financing to go through I didn't want to call the car mine yet. But I traded in my '02 ABP TLS. Of course I removed the headers icebox and sways first. But I ended up getting 2 really good deals out of this. Part of the deal was they give me time to remove my aftermarket parts. Due to a mix up on the service depts. part they swapped out all of the CT parts for OE at $155 tax incl. Second, the CLS (23000 miles and very clean and well kept) was going for $22700. That with what I owed on my trade, we agreed on $25500 out the door, with GAP and the remainder of the warranty. Due to me not losing my cool and being patient, I got the car with Credit Insurance, extended warranty for 5 years and 75000 miles, and rodside assistance, all for $6 more per month than the first numbers we had come to. Basically they "worked" the numbers. But all and all I think I did good. Now its time to put on the h/i and sways and get me some UR pulleys.

Sounds like an OK deal ... not great ... but not bad. You know you can cancel all the extra warranty crap within 30 or so days if you change your mind. If it was a certified Acura, they would have extended the warranty 12m/12K plus a 7/100K warranty on the drive train. Since it's not an auto, you probably won't need any of it. If it makes you happy, that's all the matters!! And isn't this car just the most kick ass ride out there ... at least for the money!

Thanks. The car is silver, not what I wanted but when I got a chance at that car I had to take it. Its also not a certified Acura, however the Honda Dealership did check it over (fluids, and safety items). Not sure I'd want to cancel the extra warranty stuff. But I wll be paying about $75 less per month (incl insurance) than I was with the TLS. I'm happy!

On the comptech site they have the same model number as the CL/CLS/TL/TLS. But maybe I should give them a call anyways.

If you bought 6 speed verson you can.

In my 01, I bought the 6 speed verson of the header. Better resale that way.

Huh???? Not sure what you're asking.

When I checked the site it said there's a different Icebox model, so no CAI for now.
