I did the same switch as you and got an SUV too (check sig). I miss my baby, but it started falling apart. Like you, everything is so much different but, I got to love truck and the interior. More classier than my cls.
I can fill it up with folks ( we had 9 ) and go hit some clubs...we only need one DD at the point. Plus I like going camping or loading up with guns/targets/skeet/ammo n going to the mountains for the day. Its really great offroad ...ive even run it through some creeks n stuff.

I hate dirt, and I just blackfired my truck at least five times already. I think I bought an SUV just for the sake of having one (like most americans). hehe. I like looking in chick rides and blinding people with my HIDs. I actually get a kick out of that. I did the club thing too but, i only could put seven people in my truck considering i got a sub-box back in the trunk.

Well, if you do. Make sure to get he offroad package. Which puts a tranny guard on the bottom of it.
I did the opposite I traded in my Jeep Grand Cheroke in for my CLS. But I went and bought another Jeepy after a year of having the CLS. So now I have the best of both worlds...
Congrats, nice truck!

I actually did the opposite. I traded in my 99' Limited Grand Cherokee for my current ride. Had lots of problems with the cherokee but I loved the thing to death. I wish I had them both. I will probably end up buying a Wrangler once I move to LA in six months.
Grand Cherokee V8 is a great looking ride.
What did the S-type floor mats look like? Are they OEM from Acura or aftermarket?
New Rubicon looks great - especially since I don't know how to turn wrenches. Even though I had a '75 CJ5 that was nothing but trouble many moons ago, I'm looking forward to the day I bring another one home. Maybe a '94-'95 Sahara?
