SMOKED by a SCION Xb!!!

Was coming home from Santa Ana to LA on I-5... Was in my modded 2.2... then.. all of sudden this SCION Xb pulled up to my side... i was like WTF this thing wanna race... so i thought I'll show him some Honda 2.2 VTEC power....

then DAMN~ that thing took off on me from 60mph to 100mph like i was on bicycle!!! FAH~ looked up the spec and that thing only has 108hp stock... so... what are the mods for those things...?? those things FLY modded!!

you can get an s/c straight from the dealer plus like 6k in other mods

you can get all sorts of mods from dealer... SC, suspension, etc for like $6k... walk out of dealer with a 200+hp, light weight "truck" for $20k.... good shit!!!

well stock they are crap...

their only plus is their so damn cheap new that you have enough money for all kinds of mods.... Plus they get BOMB ass gas mileage..

I still think they look ugly though...

those are stock 108HP and 103 torque... in Japan itz toyota but here in the states they're made by Scion... a new branch off Toyota i guess

I might end up getting a tC when they come out. They actually look like normal cars, and if they are as cheep and have as many options as the xA/xB then i'm deffinetly gonna pick one up.

I don't understand why ppl thinks the Xb is ugly!? I actually thought it looks kinda cute.... I would actually prefer one of these supercharged over the mini cooper or the Xa!

there's a hooked up white one i've played around with a couple times on the freeway...second time i got next to him i couldnt help but :gaylaugh: at him...i think i pissed him off

so he wants some now...we get in the clear and im pulling away from him...i was surprised though cuz he was somewhat keeping up...we get to some traffic and i ease up...meanwhile the xb is on a mission....weaving in and out traffic like he's running a slalom cutting people off left and right...it was funny though watching that toaster go....i could only follow behind SAFELY...when im about to catch up to him my exit has come and puts on his hazards...

.... well low and behold a couple days ago i see a similar modded white xb on the side of the road and a guy being escorted to a cop car in handcuffs :shakehd: ...guess his slaloming days are over

I think you got clowned underestimating any vehicle nowadays. I trust nothing - you guys may not remember, but the even turbo'ed a 3 cylinder Geo Metro/Suzuki Swift. Not the fastest thing in the world, but it would wake up the average joe.
