Slight high pitched roar (resonating sound) I hear from the rear wheels when braking and/or hiting non-ven surfaces.

The sound is something like a dumped oscilating spring with a slight pitch. It could be also the brake dust shields hitting the the rims or making the noise.

Anyone has a clue what could be that sound?
