Went to the dealership today for the 15k service...I talked to the service tech for a bit, was polite and what not, told him about how the cl-s was jerking into second gear...he called me up a few hours later and told me he had ordered a new tranny and it would be here in 2 to 3 weeks. Seemed a bit too easy but whatever, I got me a new tranny!

 

2-3 weeks! Wow, that's quite a wait. I wonder if this has anything to do with the rumored new tranny?

 

Since he didn't say it was too bad he probably fell behind the others with failed trannies. You'll be in for the repair quicker than you think.

I wonder how many members now have had their trannies replaced....?
