a- he forgot to take it our of reverse
b- he missed a shift
c- he left it in neutral

i think it's 'a' because the car moves back pretty far. Either way, i was laughing pretty hard. I have one of a mclaren and a skyline that's just as funny. I'll post that tomorrow or monday.
