Well, since nobody liked the little movie I made last time, I didn't do it to save you all from the torture of having to watch another one. This is just some of the video I had left over. Just so you can hear what the turbo CL sounds like from both inside and outside. The inside shots, you can really hear the BOV, induction sound, and the turbo spooling up. Sounds cool to me. Sorry, there isn't any racing here. I don't think he ever went over half throttle in any of this nor did he get up to redline. Of course, he can tell you what he was doing after he sees this.

I'm in the SF Bay Area, but both of the turbo CL's are down in the L.A. area. One of them used to live up here and does come up to visit.

 

That would be cool to make a video like that. There might be some other WRX's showing up there. I saw on one of the Subaru forums 'advertising' this meet y'all are having.

It is blueCLS6's car. Allmotor has basically the same setup on his car, too. He has the extra injector now, though, I believe.

Its the ultimate CL-S.

He only had that on there because he was driving a long distance on the freeway (300+ miles). Just to keep the car from getting scratches and stuff like that. Can't say I don't blame him.

You know, ...I'd really like to, but I don't think I can make it. I have plans that were made two weeks ago - have'nt been on the site much lately. Maybe next time...

Also, my front motor mount is totally blown and due to a heavy foot, it cracked the weld in my header near the flange weld just above the Comptech ID plate, because the engine is clunking up and down and putting stress on it. NO RACING NOW! I just ordered a new MM, but I have to pull off the blower to remove the front top header section to get it welded at the same time I replace the MM. So, it's going to be quite a project!
