sideview memory
sideview memory
OK i did a couple of searches but came up with nothing.
I just had my Passenger side view mirror replaced, i can use the controls to set the mirror where i want. it will stay there the whole time i am driving it and even after i turn off the car. However if i wait a bit and open the drivers side door it will move back to its original top left posistion. Has any one else ever had this problem?

do we have memory mirrors?...
I just thought we had the back-up option.. when the car is in reverse the mirror goes down so you do not get curb rash.
Dshearon--whomever replaced your mirror put the componets back together wrong.

^ actually yes, the mirrors are connected to the memory settings. So maybe you could try putting the mirrors in the position you want them in (along w/ your seat of course) and save it to one of the memory settings.
you guys are awesome... i didnt even think about that... that is why it was only doing it when i opened my door. because i was using the keyfob and it was remembering the position that i was installed to. I love this site...thanks guys
