it's technically a muffler but i emailed them and they said it is often used as a resonator too... it does bulge out so i guess it flows the same as a straight a 2.5. it's an interesting design... time to call up the shop, what do you guys think?

my exhaust project got delayed last month bc the mufflers i ordered were too big... now i got smaller ones, gotta call e-shift tomorrow.

 

Your car sounded great at the Ross Dock meet.

How come you want to change the set-up?

 

at the ross dock meet i had an exhaust leak... now that 's fixed, my mufflers are so LOUD. and their stock 03s. i'm thinking the 1.25" oem axlebacks aren't cutting it now, i have bigger plans and the 2.5" will be good... i think power gains are possible. don't worry, it should sound even better when i'm done.

 

Alright...going with the big pipes I see...yup my exhaust is really loud at 3000rpm for having pipes on my axle back.

If it was red...it would be called a glass pack aka "cherry bomb"...those are pretty sweet too.
