Sway bar, no doubt. You will notice the difference right away with the sways as opposed to installing a strut bar. I've had strut bars on other cars and didn't really notice a difference at all in turn in. The sways on the other hand change the handling characteristics of our cars very nicely. Flatter turn in. Quicker steering response.

Since my '02 CL-S is stock, I cannot officially comment on our cars, but when I did a total suspension re-do on my '95 Accord, the sway bars made a much more immediate difference. Of course I did front and rears. The strut brace I installed seemed to help in really hard turns. By the way, doesn't the CL already have a factory "strut brace" in front? I can't imagine that adding an aftermarket version would make a night and day difference, but I could be wrong.

Sways will make a much more noticeable impact on your car's handling than strut bars.

Strut bars are a gimmick they do nothing. sway bars do help. But if you are really looking for a over-steer instead of understeer characteristic from your FWD car you can disconnect the sway bar on one side in the front this will give you an oversteer.(only for racing use, not good for every day driving.)
