Should Acura give me a new bumper????

Hey guys i bought my CL used this last December, and the from bumper always looked funny because of the shade of blueishness in the paint. I took it to the dealer after i bought it, and they said they were all like that in the nighthawk color.

Today i went to a body shop, and asked them about painting my bumper because it was starting to chip, and the guys said that the bumper was in an accident and was reapainted !
The thing that bothers me is that the bumper was "remolded," or filled in I think, and a new one was not put on. Since i bought my car used, is there any chance Acura will help me out or not????????????? I think that i should be able to get a new bumper if not atleast a paint job on that bumper. What do you guys think??????????

Well if you bought the car used from Acura and they told you that it was supposed to be like that, then fuck year you get a new bumper. If you bought it Used from private party your basically fucked.

When it comes to buying something used, watch out for:
Caveot Emptor (Hope it's spelled right), which means Let the buyer beware. Which means you're screwed. If you bitch loud enough, you might get a new bumper. Good Luck!

when I took contract law my professor taught us how to pin the liability to them on a used car.
(I know this sounds extreme but with all the "shady" used car dealers out there it's almost required anymore )
if the add says NEW MOTOR or NEW Transmission or if you ask the sales person if this car has been wrecked and they say No .
when you write up the contract and they fibbed about that you can take them to court and hammer them. :P (and that's a open shut case cause as long as they signed it and you got proof that the car was wrecked you got it lock stock and barrel).
so lesson of this story is(even when i buy used cars) get a contract drawn up before you hand them the check for the car and don't be afraid to put in the littlest detail(like the paint is good or the chrome on the rims are good)(the courts like more detail)
