hey if it's a diesel f350 he could be packin lots of power. here's what superchips can add on to a diesel:
http://www.superchips.com/html/produ...rd/modules.htm

F350 6.0L +150HP +225ft/lb
F350 7.3L +110HP +200ft/lb
F350 7.3L +80HP +115ft/lb

plus an intake and he can get that truck up in a hurry...he'll run outta breath faster tho...you should look around, there are plenty of vids of diesel trucks runnin crazy et's

You don't need a full catback, but it would help you had a CAI to compliment the headers.

headers with stock exhaust will be like going from a 5 lane highway to a 3 lane highway...we all know what happens with that =)

With all do respect to those who commented. Headers will only take about .3-.5 off your 1/4 mile time. Just with CAI and Headers you are not going to blow anyone worth racing away; however, you will notice a dramatic change in acceleration and sound (search for sound clips on this site).

Who cares anyway. If you want the damn upgrades get them for your own personal enjoyment, not for beating rednecks in F350s. Even with the Supercharger you will still probably get your butt kicked. When upgraded those trucks can run 10-11 sec 1/4 mile times and still be street legal. Come on...

BTW: The only time you should get a cat back exhaust is if you have forced induction or NOS. Axle back if you want the look and sound.

can you describe the race a little bit, how bad he won, from what speed intervals was this run?
Ive seen some of these trucks run freakin low 12's at LACR, meaning they were 11 sec trucks. They pull like madmans off the line, where we dont!

Nice try. Run him from a 80 punch next time you should win with ease.
