I am trying to decide on which shocks to buy and from where. I will be installing these with the neuspeed sport springs. I am primarily looking at the koni, koni/neuspeed shocks. The koni's are $557.22 from autocarparts.com. Or i can get the Koni/Neuspeed for $627.20 from neuspeed.com. Do you guys know anywhere else to get better prices then these? Also, do you think that the neuspeed/koni's are worth the extra money?

Get the Koni's. You do not need to spend the extra money for the neuspeed ones. The only difference is that the neuspeed ones have 5 perches on them and the regular Konis only have two. I have mine on the top perch so I would never need the neuspeed ones. The perch allows you to lower you car more than with just the springs. I think each step is about 1/2 an inch lower. I would shop around a bit. I think you can get them closer to $500 shipped. I'm not sure. Good luck and keep us posted.

Your car looks nice. I really like how it looks lowered on your car. Hope mine turns out that good since I will have the same setup. I dont want 1 end higher than the other. Also can you see the green springs from the side of the car. Was thinking about just painting them black. What u think?

If you don't want adjustabilty, & just want better then stock stocks, I have these Tokico HP shocks. I got them off of ebay for under $300 brand new. Here the guys current auction:

I'm very happy with them. Only notice a difference in ride on rough roads.

Don't worry about the green, you can only see it when the car is jacked up or the tire is off. The green is a plastic coating over the metal, and painting wont be easy!! Originally posted by brian6speed

I forgot one more thing, the neuspeed koni's are 20mm shorter than the regular konis. So you can go lower. I really don't think you will want to go lower though.
Just to let you know, I do have front and rear camber kits. I wore out the stock tires really fast without them.
