Would I damage the stock shock on a CL-S with the comptech springs? if I opt to keep the stock shock how long would it last with the springs?

How much torque does the comptech header really produces?

Is there a supercharge kit for the 2001 CL-S? How much horsepower does it produce?

Would I be correct to assume that if I add the header and supercharge to my CL-S my car would have a total HP of 335 to 340 at the crank and about 270 hp at the wheels. Is this correct or am I way off?

Anyone wants to help with more specific details than the tunerguide info. I want opinions from members on thing such as springs, Is there a supercharger for the Cl-S auto? How much horsepower is gained with the supercharge and header? Look at original question.

Supercharger? OH HELL YES. I rode in the Comptech test mule at the west coast meet in september. AWESOME. Search for the meet for other impressions.

 

I got that test ride also, Amazing And the Brembos were equal to the SC power !!

 

if you are worried about your shocks then you might as well buy aftermarket ones:tokicos or konis. this way you will not have to worry about them for a long while!

get the obx headers. if you like them then perfect you got your moneys worth. if you dont think they perform to your expectations they have a great resale value for at least the next 6 months so you will only use out on the install cost.

comptech can suck it! no word for over 3 months whether they are going to release the sc for the auto. if i were you pretend that damn thing does not exist or you will be drooling over something that could take the life of your cl-s tranny to get!

if you want good performance from your cl get the suspension modified with springs/shocks/struts/sways/towerbar

then get the aem cai and obx headers and your car will be perfectly tuned for everyday driving!
