dead on with the service guys, like they hate their jobs, no eye contact even. Service guys think they know about the cars as if they engineered them. You kinda have to be nice to them in order to get what you want, I alwasy go in asking for service, like an oilchange and maybe a brake change or something, then I mention some sort of non related warranty issue in the end, just to check it out and let me know, then they end up fixing it for free!!!
Unfortuneatly that doesn't apply to tranny replacements.

I think you should attack it on all fronts. Call Acura service first and tell them about the experience. Next find out who the owner of the dealership is or who is the highest guy in charge. At Crest Acura in Syracuse there is a guy who serves as a liason to the owner and after I spoke to him the service dept's attitude completely changed. Then call the service manager and tell him who you've spoken to so far. Last, talk to the douche of a service advisor and tell him all the steps you've taken and that he probably has some explaining to do. When someone makes life difficult for me like that I make sure to return the favor in kind, if not moreso.

I just got my car back From Bridgewater Acura, Car rides great again I've got no complaints and the guys want me stop by when the supercharger gets installed. Dave the service manager was a really cool guy and gave me no problems whatsoever about the mods. I even asked when I get boosted if I've anything occurs if they'll take care of me and they said yeah as long as the mods aren't a direct cause of the breakdown.
