SELF INFLICTED SCRATCH ON SIDE MIRROR
Everyone please tell me what an F$%@#*! tool I am for scratching my passenger side mirror. I was pulling into a spot and dragged the mirror about 3 feet on concrete. It looks like a bird shit on my mirror and it smeared. Ok where can I get this fixed in NJ and how much is this idiot move gonna cost me.
No scratched rims in 1 year, 1 scratched mirror.

You should get it repainted and have them paint in the black part.

you're doin' better than me... I've got the right front bumper, the passenger side mirror, and both front rims scraped, and I managed to ding just behind the driver's side door with my fiancee's car. oh well. (ironically, the door ding did not remove any paint, but it did leave a quarter sized depression in the sheet metal. go figure.)

Sorry to here about that dude! That just plain sux rocks! Welp just think of it as a good excuse to have the whole mirror painted one color. Do the other side to and match um.

Oh, yuck, how'd you manage to drag it 3 feet? I did that on my taurus, and kept a
very careful eye on the mirror because I knew it would be close.
I went very slowly in, and backed right out when I heard the first 'scraaaaaaape!'.

Earnest, sorry about the bad luck. I got ya beat though, almost all my rims are scratched, I got a huge fucking door ding above my left front tire (size of half dollar), another one behind the passanger side door, and a big gash on my front bumper where somebody hit me in a parking lot. Oh, i have a hit on my rear bumper too ... gee I almost forgot about that one ... thanks for reminding me

Talkin from personal experience here was out of town on vacation .. parked next to a pillar in the parking lot of the hotel -to avoid getting dinged. Came down 2 hours later all pimped up ready to go .. got into the car and backed up .. wrapped myself around the pillar (well not wrapped) .. but scratched the entire driver side door (real deep) the side mirror everthing!
cost me close to $450 for repairs

Replacing that mirror by buying a new one is expensive, probably better to buy used or repaint. Sorry to hear about your accident.

I'd laugh at you but then I'm sure I'd manage to drag mine on FOUR feet of concrete.
